Dr. David Vinson has been the Superintendent of the Floresville Independent School District in Floresville, Texas since April of 2005. Prior to this position, he was the Assistant Superintendent of Frenship Independent School District in Wolfforth, Texas.

Dr. Vinson holds his Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Education and Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
